Issues addiung my email to my iPhone11 [Edited]

I have my email account, [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I've had it since 2011.  For some reason, I cannot add it to my iPhone 11. It worked before and I can access it on my PC and on line but, I cannot successfully add it to my iPhone.

user_nbzln7, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Here is what I found. Let me know if you were able to add your email to your iPhone. To add an email account to an iPhone 11, follow these steps:
  1. Open the **Settings** menu and tap **Add Account**.
  2. Select **Other**.
  3. Tap **Add Mail Account** and enter your email account details, then tap **Next**.
  4. Enable the **Mail** and **Notes** options on the IMAP screen, then tap **Save**.

Ensure that the **Delete from server** option is set to **Never** in the Account Settings before starting the process to avoid losing emails.
