I cannot get into my email account. Just called comcast and they would not connect me to someone that could help me,

We can't help you unless you give us more details.

How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
