Is this phishing?

I'm getting multiple emails daily telling me my email is out-of-date and will be shut down if not updated. Some look very suspicious and others look very realistic. It wants my user name AND password, which I'm NOT giving out. Can you do something to filter these out? Also getting one from FedEx saying they are holding a package for me. WHERE are your filters?
