Is there away to export content of multiple emails to a file format that can be opened outside of the email application?

Is there a way to do that so that content can be viewed in word, text, excel or some other format?

You can try doing a copy and paste of each email into Google Docs or some other word-processing type of program, but the formatting might be all over the place.  You could also try taking a screen-shot of the body of the email which will save as a .png file.

That would take forever.  Looking for solution for over 100 emails.

@judy53 I don't know of anyway to do what you're wanting.  Even when you save something as an .eml file you will be seeing all of the coding when you try to open it as a word document.  Are you wanting to see the emails exactly as you see them in webmail or just the body of the emails?

This can be done easily.  Log into your webmail and select all the emails you want to export.  Then click the "Print" button, when the dialog pops up select "Microsoft Print to PDF" it will generate a PDF file of all the emails.

This is a basic feature of Windows you can do from almost any application.
