Is there a way to add contacts from an email?

Hello, I want to add a large amount of email addresses to my contacts list.  I don't want to have to type them all in manually.  They all appear in the 'to' field of an email I currently have in my inbox.  Is there a way to add them automatically to my contact list?

You can click on an individual name in the header and get a large context menu, and that has the option to add it to your address book.  I know of no way to add multiple addresses from the header though.  At least not in the Appsuite email software.

Thank you!  I actually figured that out too and forgot to come back and delete my question.  So simple - I had tried everything else first, right-clicking, copying, menus.  There is beauty in simplicity I suppose.
