That is what I expected. But I read that comcast/xfinity would send a message before deactivating.
It's been 2.5 years; have you tried signing in to it?

@vayankee1 As @Again stated you would need to sign in to it through our webmail to still access it. If there are no sign ins within 90 days in will begin the deactivation process. You can attempt to contact our Customer Security Assurance to see if they can help but with this amount of time it is most likely disconnected.

Unless you've accessed it on webmail since that time, it most likely has been deactivated and can't be restored at this point.
