Is My Comcast Email Moving to Yahoo?

We only received an invitation to move one email account but not the secondary email account. How do we manage this situation? When is the drop-dead date for making the conversion? Thank you.

Email addresses usually, but not always, migrate one at a time, so your secondary account will migrate at some point.

Go ahead and migrate your one email and wait for the invitation for the secondary account.

Thank you. It is possible the invitation was sent to the secondary email address but got deleted. If that email address is disconnected it would be a major inconvenience, so we are quite worried.

Not all email addresses get the invitation at the same time.  

When you opened the secondary account at some point were you asked to accept the Yahoo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

Unknown. It may have appeared to be one of the frequent email scams containing "Xfinity" or "Comcast" and got deleated.
