Is jotform.com email blocked by xfinity?

I have been expecting responses from several jotform.com submissions but it appears they are being blocked by xfinity. Nothing in spam/junk.

Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately, the expected emails were not in spam either. After discussing the issue with the form organizer it appears that xfinity is in fact blocking that domain outside of the spam filter as none of the Comcast.net email address users are receiving emails. I switched to Gmail to be able to continue email communications.

This needs fixing!  I cannot get any email from JotForm.  You are apparently blocking it.  Please fix.

user_ukkj6h Thank you for stopping in for help with getting emails from the JotForm domain. We could be blocking emails from that domain due to various reasons, including spam reports, reputation issues, or incorrect DNS configurations.
