Is it possible to speak with a live support agent?

I’m receiving the message stating my email mailbox is full. I’ve permanently deleted hundreds of emails.

Have you deleted those emails from Trash?

Also, delete your cache and cookies for xfinity.com, close out of email; close out of Xfinity; close your browser and then start a new session.
