iPhone Mail conflict

I cannot get my Comcast email into my iPhone app Mail. It won't take it. Very irritating. I have reset the password. I don't use VPN. I have updated my iOS; I have restarted my phone and I have deleted my Comcast mail account and tried to put it back in.  Nothing. I have talked with Apple support, with no solution.

user_wxm54q Hello, are these the steps you are taking when adding your email: Open your iPhone's Settings app and scroll down to Mail, then tap Accounts.
Tap Add Account, then select Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, Xfinity email address, and password, then tap Next?
