tcschi It sounds like you've already tried several troubleshooting steps. Here are a few additional suggestions that might help resolve the issue:

Verify IMAP Settings:

Incoming Mail Server: imap.comcast.net
Port: 993 with SSL ON
Authentication Method: STARTTLS (if available)
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.comcast.net
Port: 587 with TLS (or SSL if TLS isn't shown) ON
Check Network Connection:

Ensure your device is connected to the internet. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if the issue persists.
Disable VPN/Antivirus:

If you are using a VPN or antivirus software, try disabling them temporarily as they can sometimes interfere with email server connections.
Re-enter Account Information:

Delete the email account from your device and re-add it, making sure all the information is entered correctly.
Update Email Client:

Ensure your email client software is up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve connectivity issues.
Check Third-Party Access:

Double-check that third-party access is enabled in your Xfinity email settings. You can do this by logging into your Xfinity account, navigating to the email settings, and ensuring the checkbox for third-party access is checked.

@XfinityWilliam

Thanks for the help. Second level security told me the issue was a delay in servers communicating. Wait for 24 hours then add Comcast. Did it and it worked.
