Hello @user_s4c5mo. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum! I know how important it is to have a functioning email app.. Can I have you do the following? Log in to your Xfinity email using a browser, select Settings upper right corner, then Security in the upper left corner, and then check mark “Third Party Access Security” authorization. Let us know if that helps.
