invalid credentials

I can not set up and account. Any time i try to go to any webpage it either says invalid credentials or error. I have already tried making a new account, clearing my cache, and also tried using multiple devices.

Same issue here. I have already tried the above & verified my email address. Any time I try to login, I receive message saying that "Access not Authorized".

Same issue. Cleared cache, incognito mode, different devices, reset passwords, verified email, nothing is working

@apesjhnfpjmqplszxc I'm sorry to hear that you are having a similiar issue. Can you clarify if you are trying to start new services or add another user to your account?

Can you clarify-------do you mean you are trying to create a Comcast secondary account?  Or are you trying to set up an existing account in a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Something else?
