Internet links in emails

When clicking on website links in emails, nothing happens. How can I fix this?

Are you using Chrome for your browser?  If so, try right-clicking on the link and open it from the menu you get, in a new window or tab.  As a check, try using a different browser and see if that solves the problem.

I have the same problem. I've wasted 4-5 hours on the phone with comcast and still no resolution but the last person finally told me they know about the issue and are working on a fix. He was supposed to have sent me his contact info so i could get regular updates but he never did. MY escalated ticket # is IH127850079. I head from one tech person that they just closed it but never told me and another says it is still open, but alas the customer can't get to those so i'll never know. I'm frustrated with Comcasts technical support for not being truthful through 4 different techs and not having a fix other than use something other than Chrome.

Unfortunately until a fix comes out that is the only solution we have to offer.  Are you able to right click on the link and then choose to open in a new window?
