Intermittent email login issues and won't "remember" me
Recently I've had problems where my login username (email address) was rejected, yet a few minutes later it's fine. And sometimes I do not get the option to remain logged in on this browser. And even if the option is there, and I check the box, I get kicked out occasionally. This has been happening for the last few days.

When code is being upgraded on a server, there can be short periods of time where you (and everyone else) will not be able to log in. They are usually short periods of time. Simply wait a few minutes and try again.
As far as your browser not 'remembering' you, there are two points you should know: clearing the cache and data from your browser will cause you to be logged out of websites. Also, you should *NEVER* allow your browser to remember your login credentials; it is one of the worst security failures you can make. Even if it is on your home computer, you should never allow that to happen. Get yourself a reputable password manager...that way you have to remember only one password.

Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having with your Xfinity login. Let's get this sorted out for you.
It sounds like there might be a few things going on. Here are some steps we can try to resolve the issue:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, old data can cause login issues. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help.
Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: If the issue persists, try logging in using a different browser or an incognito/private window. This can help determine if the problem is browser-specific.
Check for Browser Updates: Ensure your browser is up to date. Sometimes, outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues.
Restart Your Modem and Router: A simple restart can often resolve connectivity issues that might be affecting your login.
Check for Service Outages: Make sure there are no known outages or issues in your area that could be affecting your service.
