I recently installed Windows 11 and have stopped receiving some promo emails from retailers that I regularly receive them from.

Thank you!  I'm not tech-savvy so I assumed that I had done it incorrectly!

Could you please confirm if you are using a web-browser or an email app to check your emails? Also, are you encountering this issue with your Comcast email or a third party email client when you are signing in, user_pyh1a9?

I am using a web browser.  This issue is with my Comcast email.  I've received Scholastic emails through this same email for many many years.  It's suddenly stopped.  Not sure if it's related to installing Windows 11 on a new laptop or not.  I'm getting other emails from online retailers.

Thank you for letting us know, user_pyh1a9! I know I'd be reaching out too if I stopped receiving emails for one sender. Were other email address impacted as well, or is it just the one? If you have not already can you please check your spam filters to see if it got rerouted?

It was one other retailer as well.  Yes, I've checked spam.  Checked to make sure that they're in my contacts.  Went to their sites and made sure that I was opted in to receive emails.  Just at a loss.
