Inserting Links into Text
Hi. I have to send an email containing a lot of company names and references, and I was hoping to select the text and insert a hyperlink where needed. But I can't see any way to do this. I don't see a hyperlink icon on the toolbar. I don't want to put the URLs into the text as they are because they're too long.
How can I create links in the text of an email? Please advise. Thank you.

You should see the chain link icon in the toolbar in webmail. Type in the company name and then highlight it and click on the link icon in the toolbar [4th icon from the right].

Thank you. At first the link wasn't there, but then I expanded the message and it appeared. Thanks again.

Several toolbar items, including "link", disappear when the webmail window is too narrow, or when it is in "shrink" mode. See https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Appsuite-webmail-v7-10-0-1-3/m-p/3291863#M214496
