Increase limit on Email mailbox

Hi snehalrana, this is a great question 🙂 Although we can't extend your limit past the 10GB limit there are ways to mange your email so that you can get rid of things you may not need and you can also manage large files to help with clearing up some space as well. 

-Click the gear icon to bring up the menu and review the Email Usage meter. If you're running low on space, consider saving your large attachments on your computer or mobile device.

1.Sort your email by size from the Sort by drop-down button.

3.Delete online copies of the emails.

4.Empty trash.

5. Use an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird and download your email to it.  It resides on your computer and not on the web.
