Incoming POP3 Mail Stopped Working

We get e-mail from 3 different Comcast accounts in Outlook 2016 via a POP3 mail server.  They have worked fine for years, but suddenly stopped working Monday (15 Mar 2021).  The last e-mail I have is time stamped at 17:00 MST that day, and I've had no incoming e-mail for over 24 hours.  Did the POP3 Incoming Server settings change?  Has POP3 been discontinued?  Outgoing mail works fine.

Finally got it working, but wanted to follow up...  Apparently, this was a Windows 10 problem... somehow.  There was a Cumulative patch for Win 10 20H2.  After I installed it, POP3 (and IMAP) started working again.  Still not sure I understand the logic of why a Windows update would affect Incoming e-mail, but somehow it fixed it.

Still no incoming e-mail after 3 days.  I've tried rebuilding my POP3 accounts in Outlook, and tried creating IMAP accounts...  Outgoing mail still works fine in all cases, but Incoming does not work at all.  I can't imagine what would have changed on my machine to cause this.  No one else is having this problem?

@Zyggurat Have you checked your quota on the webmail portal?

Does new email show up if you check it with the web page? (not an account problem, right?)

Pop3 servers are there.  Tried them a couple days ago with Tunderbird: pop3.comcast.net port 995  use ssl/tls and 'normal' (password) authentication
