Incoming Mail Rejected
I have received several letters from financial institutions where I have active accounts indicating that emails sent to my comcast email account are being returned. On the accounts I have set up paperless statements with them and in one case they said they would need to charge me a monthly fee if they cannot contact me via email. I checked my accounts on their website and all is up to date. What to do to correct this situation?

This actually happens a lot. Personally, given the fact that Comcast is actively migrating all email accounts to Yahoo! Mail, for financial institutions I suggest getting another non-comcast.net email address for those accounts.

Greetings, @philipj! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Are you using a Safe Senders list (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list) that includes these financial institutions, by any chance, or do you have that feature disabled? Are you missing emails from any other senders (that you know of), or is it primarily just these senders? How long ago did this start happening?

Sadly, yet again, employees seem to fail to understand what the "safe list" is and how it works. Enabling the Email Safe list in https://connect.xfinity.com means you will ONLY get email from the sender addresses in that list. All others will be rejected. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list :
