Inbox empty

As of last night, I have lost all of my emails in my inbox back to 9/22/22. None in trash either. I did receive new email today, so it doesn’t appear to be hacked. Please advise.

Is this happening both on the app and online from our website?

That is never any fun and so sorry to hear about this situation.  Have you attempted to sign-out, clear your cache/cookies, and sign back in to the web portal to check if you can access your e-mail inbox? Please let us know so we can try some additional troubleshooting steps if this does not work.
