inactive email closed in 30 days

I keep getting this email, and I can't login to change the password which it appears is mandatory.  It goes into an infinite loop asking me to login over and over again.

Sign into your inactive Comcast.net email to keep it from closing

I suggest getting with our Customer Security Assurance folks to reset your password and help you with your email.
