Inactive account blocks access—need help restoring internet + canceling mobile line

My account shows inactive (non-payment disconnect), so I can't log in online or use chat/app. Internet was cut off, and I have a suspended mobile line still billing as debt (no service for 3+ months). Need to restore internet after paying past-due and cancel the mobile line with credits—no calls, written confirmation only. Thanks for guidance.

I see that you are looking to have your Internet restored after paying the past due balance and cancelling your mobile line. Typically, service is automatically restored within 24-hours. When did you pay your past due balance? You can also cancel your mobile line by following the instructions on our website here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-xfinity-mobile-service.
