Important Read This Xfinity/Comcast
Dearest Xfinity/Comcast,
Since it has been an issue for 9 mos., or more the exorbitant amount of spam emails I have recieved daily are out of control. I've done everything possible to stop it and you have told me there's nothing else to do.
Well, I've done a little digging. Fir the first time I had 0 SPAM emails get through today. Finger crossed it stays that way. I was able to find that although some emails are from Hotmail or comcast almost all through an email client that sends from support@(it changesperemail).xyz. Almost all.come through support@---------.xyz. Why is this not already blocked? I added it to my comcast spam email blocker settings as sent from and I don't know if it will continue to work. The only other thing I did is open SPAM without clicking to see the actual title of the spam (the real email subject) copy and pasted as subject. Please look into this as it seems to be the main culprit for those spam emails. Why haven't you found this out yet?

@user_1l09ls,
I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post. I can imagine navigating the various spam emails has been frustrating. I appreciate all the troubleshooting you’ve done so far. I see you’ve done the steps we provided, like reporting the emails and setting up filters. However, I see you continue to get more. I see you’ve narrowed it down, and you have seen progress. You can also report these emails/sender to the Customer Security Assurance online here: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse

As I've stated in other posts about this issue, the other spam getting through is from Hotmail.com or livenation.com as well as xyz.com. Make sure you are checking the actual sender sent from so you can block them too.
