You need to remove your email address in your image before it can be made public.

So, you exported your contacts into a .csv file from the Xfinity Connect website, and then tried to import them into Outlook and they didn't import like they should have?  Have you tried doing it again.

Did you try to open the .csv file in an Excel sheet or whatever you use for spread sheets to see if it populated?

@Again yes, I did just now try it again. I went to xfinity.com, and went to email and then contacts. Then I put a check mark at the top to select all the contacts in my address book and then I chose send Vcard, and got error message "too large". I then selected all contacts again, and exported both vcard, and csv. csv does populate in excel. vcard only imports one contact, and csv does not import anything.  Tried multiple times. I am using windows 11, and outlook 2016.

I don't use Excel, but once you import the contacts into Excel, does it give an option to save as a .csv file [it should]?  (We don't generally troubleshoot Outlook because it's not a Comcast product, so it's hard to determine what may or may not be happening here.)  If Excel lets you save as a .csv file, will Outlook then import the contacts?
