Immediate Safety Hazard: Sagging Main Distribution Line in Backyard

Hello, I need to submit an urgent ticket to the local Plant Maintenance / Overhead Construction team regarding a major physical hazard at my property.
​There is a heavy telecom main distribution line (belonging to Xfinity) spanning across my backyard. Because the span is so large, it has severe mid-span sag. It is currently hanging so low that a person can physically reach up and touch the main line from the ground in the middle of the yard.
​This is a severe clearance violation and an immediate safety liability. There is an alternative utility pole at the rear of the property that wraps around, which may serve as a safer routing option.
