imap.comcast.net - stopped working for me yesterday.

Windows 10, Outlook 2016.  I have been using this account for years, and leverage both webmail while on the road, but outlook when home.  Yesterday, the email synch stopped stating imap.comcast.net was no longer reachable.  I have been researching all day, no luck   Any pointers are appreciated.  Thank you

This turned out to be a Norton Security Issue.
