imap
It's November 8th 2021 and imap keeps asking me to login I had switched to SSL any cert and that worked for a week but now it seems to be asking me for my login again and it's not taking it. I'm using the mail program on my galaxy S9 I have 3 other imap email accounts set up on the phone but xfinity is the only one causing me issues.

@Anon503689 Hi there! Sorry to learn about the log in issues. Have you checked out this link to make sure all the settings are correct? https://comca.st/3H7BbMk

It's November 10th and my Outlook client is hanging with this message:
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for <username>@comcast.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for <username>@comcast.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
This was working fine and I have made no changes to my computer or Outlook client. I had this same issue a couple of months ago and it went away several days later without any explanation. I can't get any useful answer through chat or phone so I thought I'd try this. I though it might be an IMAP server issue but my Android email client is synchronizing just fine with the exact same server settings. Would love some help with this.

It's November 10th and I can't get 3rd-party mail clients on my Windows-10 PC to work: Postbox (fails without actually saying it failed) and Outlook (same error as above: ox800CCCOE). Also fails on my Samsung tablet's built-in Email and Gmail clients on my Samsung tablet (with both, the error is "unable to connect to email server"). It quit working sometime yesterday or today. Followed all the directions, above. Followed similar directions for Outlook, and Postbox (similar to Thunderbird).
Only two 3rd party email client that I have available are working: Gmail client on my Motorola Moto-E4, and Window-10's built in Mail client on my PC. And the Wondows-10 one intermittently fails, with "We couldn't access this account: <account-name>. You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device."
Web access works fine, but who wants to be tied to a browser to read their mail? Is it even possible to download to a local folder for reading off-line?
