IMAP not working

I've been connected to email via IMAP for years, using Outlook. yesterday stopped working, Outlook error 0X800CCC0E. I can send mail fine, but receiving is not working. Settings are: imap.comcast.net, port 993, SSl/TLS

Amazing. Another data point: My problem is on my desktop PC, with wired connection to my home LAN; my provider is not Comcast. I also have a laptop. I tried Outlook there, connected by wifi to home LAN -- same problem. Then I connected my laptop to a wifi hotspot on my phone and bam! email works!

This problem is clearly in Comcast' network, if you are lucky enough to connect to the right backend IMAP node, things work; connect to the wrong node, it don't work.

I have same problem, when connected with hotspot of my cell phone, outlook email working fine bun when connected to home xfinity wifi, it is not working, spoke to 3 xfinity technical agent, none of them able to solve and insisting it is a problem from your side, this is not acceptable from xfinity. The problem started recently about 2-3 weeks back. Xfinity is unable to solve neither accepting the problem exist from their side. I am thinking about switching service provider.
