You need to change/reset the password for whatever client or mail app you are  using.  How are you accessing your email?

That didn't work.  Still getting the error when sending emails to SPAM.  I'm accessing it directly through xfinity.com.

@Scuzie Have you cleared cache and cookies, and signed in again? Have you tried a different browser to access xfinity.com?

I cleared the cache and cookies and just did it again since I changed the password.  I've tried it in Chrome and Edge.  I still get this when dealing with SPAM.  I had to move something from SPAM to my inbox to test it again and I got the message when it moved the email and again when I sent it to SPAM from my inbox.

Hello Scuzie so sorry to hear that the Xfinity ID/Password update didn't produce the desired results. Since you're accessing this directly from Xfinity.com providing the IMAP settings won't be beneficial.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and I'll be happy to help.
