IMAP account Issues - Cannot send e-mail from Outlook from my Comcast e-mail IMAP account.

I changed my Comcast e-mail password and now I cant send e-mails from my Outlook account. I can receive e-mails in Outlook but nothing going out. My regular Comcast e-mail works fine. I have checked all of the settings and also put my new password in my IMAP account settings. Any suggestions?
