A little more explanation is needed. Do you want to add a shortcut to the Xfinity website? What operating system is your desktop running? On my Windows 10 desktop, I just right-click anywhere and click on New-> to create a shortcut. If you want to create a shortcut to the Xfinity Web Email, use https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ as the location.
