Again just like every day my secondary email account I continue to get forced to update my password and yet no help or response from anyone on this matter.  This is the last time I am complaining about this issue if it is no resolved asap I will remove my comcast email accounts and move my service to another internet provide for my emails.  I don't know why this continue occur  but it happens to my mom's email accounts and my secondary email account very frustrating and annoying.  Me and my mom are growing very irritate of this issue and request something to be done.

@frednwo4life44

You might want to call Customer Security Assurance to see if they can help with this continuing issue.

Customer Security Assurance
Business Hours: 8:00am - 12:00am EST, 7 days a week
Contact: 1-888-565-4329

Also, why try to find another ISP if only your email isn't working the way it should be?  Just start new gmail accounts; you can forward any comcast.net emails to the gmail accounts.  But, contacting CSA first to see if they can clear up your issue would be the way to go.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @frednwo4life44. If you are still experiencing an issue with your secondary email password the security team is a great option for assistance. I can also look further into that for you if you could send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
