I was getting that on my phone. When I logged into my email account on the computer I also use, for some readon there were unsaved drafts still open. Closed them and all ok
Hi @angelaw , thanks for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Welcome to the community! I am sorry to hear you have had troubles with your email. I can certainly understand the frustration. Are you getting the error "you cannot open more than 10 drafts at the same time”?
Our forums expert @BruceW has come up with a quick and easy solution to help.
Look for a row of minimized rectangular "Compose" windows across the bottom of your email screen. Click each one to restore it, and then Send, Discard, or Discard/Save as Draft. See https://comca.st/3xPsCAf;
If you are still running into a problem, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is available 24/7 to assist.
I think the problem is that it is opening the drafts at the bottom of the page for whatever different products you use. I've started noticing that when I write an email on one computer, it shows that draft at the bottom of another computer. Why are they even showing up and how do we permanently get that to stop?
