To update the primary email on your Xfinity account, sign in to the Xfinity app or the Account and Identity page, navigate to Account settings > Xfinity ID and security, select the email address you want to change, and choose Change email. I have already done what you said thru comcast security my cannot remove my main comcast email from xfinity connect. I can log in with my old comcast email address and password on my mobile phone. If I go to xfinity website I have no email account only on xfinity account.
user_8f4yl5, ahh ok, we understand. Those emails were default at those ol' days. You can avoid using it. If you do not want to use your Comcast email, sign in using your phone number or Xfinity ID.
