If you became a customer in the past two years, they didn't provide an email, you had to bring your own. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information. And even if you had a Comcast.net email, if you didn't follow their Email activity policy, they would have closed the email down. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity.
