I received an email about cancellation request, but I didn't make the request

I just got the e-mail about cancellation, but I didn't make the request. What should I do?

If you didn't initiate the action, its probably a phishing attempt or other scam.  Look for the Xfinity verified email logo in the message list or the header of the message-------------
