I no longer have access to my emails

We moved and no longer have an xfinity account but was told that if we accessed our emails within a 3 month time span, we could keep our accounts.  NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY EMAILS.  It would have been nice if an email was sent to me before totally blocking my access.  I need to retrieve my emails.  What is going on?

Even if you have moved and no longer have Xfinity you would still be able to keep your email address. I do have a few follow-up question to help me assist you better. When was the last time that you had accessed your Xfinity email?

I can no longer access my emails now that I am no longer an Xfinity customer. But I log into my email account every couple of weeks. It no longer recoginzes my Xfinity email address. How can I get into my account?
