I need to speak with a tech concerning my email

I cannot send or receive emails and all of my emails since August of 2025 has disappeared

You really should note that SOME email addresses have been moved to Yahoo, and that, although migration was initially presented as a requirement, in recent weeks Comcast/Xfinity has stated that it is OPTIONAL.
