I got an e-mail about a cancellation request

As the title suggests, I received an e-mail saying that my cancellation request went through, but I NEVER sent a cancellation request and DO NOT WANT to cancel my services. Was this sent as a mistake, or is my service being cancelled? I tried to call the customer service number for help but no one answered and the bot even stopped responding.
