cesjad312 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the mail being deleted by mistake. Were you using our Xfinity Website to manage the emails? Or a third-party email client (Outlook, Apple Mail)?
Actually I called Comcast, and between a call and a great follow up chat with a rep, I was able to have the issue solved. Thanks for checking in on my problem.
