I can't sign in!

Something's terribly wrong with Xfinity Connect. When I try to sign in with my email address, the loading takes forever, and I can't sign in! When will the issues be fixed?

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

Sign out of email

Clear your cookies and cache

Close your browser

Restart your browser

Try to sign in to your email

Did that work for you?
