Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you able to log in to your email account but cannot see any emails, or are you having issues accessing your account altogether?

I can't get access to my email either, it turns into an infuriating round robin of bringing you back to the same page that tells you, Xfinity is not creating anymore email accounts.
unfortunately I need to reset a password to another account and of course it's the perfect storm of not being able to access my Xfinity email account so I can get the reset code.
This new era of customer no service is $&@#^#^!
If you don't select the right choice which has nothing to do with my issue the useless AI bot throws you back out to a useless prompt where you can't go any further.
