I can't log into my outlook email. yesterday , i had to erase the connection and re-install it for it to work.
I can't log into my outlook email. Yesterday, I had to delete the connection and re-install it for it to work. It is out again this morning.

If yes, we will want to make sure you can log into https://www.xfinity.com/email with your username and password. If needed, you can reset your password here, https://www.xfinity.com/password. Then make sure your correct settings are in Outlook. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email
