I can't get live help with my email. Ever since Xfinity upgraded my security I have no Inbox messages.
A couple of days ago my system was hacked and started sending out messages to evryone in my contact list asking if they use Amazon and if they wanted to purchase a gift card. I finally got a live agent who says he solved the security issue by an upgrade. But now all my Inbox messages are gone and no new ones are coming in. I cannot get a live agent to help. All I get are these useless AI chats that go in circles not answering my questions.

If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
CSA should check your Mail Filter Rules to make sure none are set to forward or delete incoming messages.
