I can't get any emails to load (please delete, Comcast is working on it sorry i'm new here)

** It's all good, I had to contact Comcast directly, they think it's a server issue and will contact me to resolve this**

Anyone have any idea why my comcast email can't load? 
"Error: failed to load messages"

another error message:
"Error Mail server imap.email.comcast.net unexpectedly closed connection. Please try again later." (just now on pc)

I can see emails in my sent, draft, spam and trash.  But no luck on getting my inbox to open for the past 2 days.  I've tried though the web via pc and through iphone directly through xfinity connect app.
