How are you trying to connect to your email? through webmail or using a third party email app?

What happens when you try?  Any error messages?

I can’t receive emails.  I went to the Apple Store and then to the xfinity store.  No help!

I want to get my email like I use to but now  they want me to go to Xfinity.com, sign in with my user name and password.

I just want to hit the email envelope and have my emails come up

If you have been using Apple Mail for a long time, and haven't logged in to webmail, you really should check in to webmail and see if there is a problem, like if Auto Forward has been enabled.  You need to log in to webmail at least every 90 days in order to keep your email current and not have it deleted.
