I changed my password because they told me to. Now it denies me access to the page.

Who told you to change your password? Did you get something in email that required you to click on a link?

If, after you changed your password, if you can't get in, please post back here.
Comcast did when went into my account. It sends all my mail to trash and I can only access my email directly through my xfinity account through its web page
