I cannot see my sent messages

Hi, I am accessing my comcast.net email directly from the browser (Edge or Chrome). I am getting error messages "unable to connect to the server or connection timed out" when I type and try sending messages randomly through the day. In the Sent email folder, I cannot see any recent sent messages, only January of 2024 and later. They are just gone.

No, I cannot see my Sent messages, and I have to correct my previous post: they are ALL missing for the year of 2024 and Feb-Dec. of 2023. I see only messages I sent Jan. 2023 and earlier. Please, address the issue.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
