Exactly what happens when you try to send an email with Outlook?  Can you send from the Comcast account if you use only the webmail UI?  Are you getting any error message from Outlook?

Are you able to log into the Xfinity website in view and send emails https://www.xfinity.com/email ?

I can send emails from webmail to my xfinity email address and it does show up in the Outlook inbox.

When I send an email to myself from my cellphone email app it is not received in Outlook

I have 2 email addresses on this account. If I send an email message from one account to the other is goes to the junk folder (even though I have marked multiple messages as 'not junk')

if I try sending the other way it is never received, inbox or junk.

One of the 2 email addresses is set up as a POP type in Outlook. The 2nd address is an IMAP.

It used to work just fine but now something has changed.
